Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging for the 1st shift (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM). You will operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, and uphold GMP safety standards to ensure high-quality bakery products reach customers. Strong teamwork and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform repetitive physical activities.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty and loud environments, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging, you will be accountable for supporting the packaging process by operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality bakery products that meet Aspire Bakeries' production, food safety, and customer standards.

• Hours: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• Weekend Availability: Required
