Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business operations or related roles supporting commercial organizations.
• Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience standardizing reporting and expanding self-service analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); Salesforce and ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows across Business Operations and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, reassign, or eliminate work.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and scalable operating processes.
• Improve end-to-end processes, handoffs, and controls.
• Increase self-service reporting and reduce repetitive spreadsheet production.
• Partner with Finance, Data/IT, and business leaders to improve reporting quality.
