Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in process improvement and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support operational improvement projects across the organization.
- Document current-state workflows and identify bottlenecks.
- Analyze KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Assist root cause analyses and translate findings into actions.
- Create dashboards and leadership-ready presentations.
- Collaborate with Plant Ops, Transportation, Planning, and Customer Experience teams.
