Job summary

Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking an Operations Trainer to provide instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training on EHR systems (Athena Practice Management, eClinicalWorks, NOVO Smart Scheduling) and related workflows.

The role includes developing courseware and supporting organizational projects, with travel to CHC sites in Connecticut. The trainer will deliver New Hire Technical training, PSA/CCS courses, and Live Phone Call Training, collaborating with the Training Group to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of two years experience as a trainer or educator.
Minimum of one year experience providing call center, customer service and/or Healthcare Operations staff training.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
Ability to travel throughout Connecticut to CHC locations and work during training hours.
