Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts training and maintains a positive learning environment for staff.
• Taught core mandatory classes and local trainings to new hires and existing staff.
• Manages training rosters and ensures hospital compliance (95%).
• Keeps training materials updated to reflect policies and standards.
• Ensures survey readiness and accurate documentation of training activities.
