Job summary

Redwood Living is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and facilitate training programs at the operational level. You will act as a Redwood brand ambassador, delivering engaging sessions for site teams and supporting new hire onboarding.

The role involves creating materials, overseeing the New Hire Training Center, and developing eLearning courses in Redwood University / Yardi Aspire, with travel to Redwood sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relocation to Cleveland/Copley area required.
• 2+ years of onsite office property management preferred.
• 3+ years of training experience preferred.
• Experience with YARDI software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create training and development materials for property management policies and sales.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training for site level teams.
• Oversee the New Hire Training Center and monthly New Hire Trainings.
• Develop eLearning courses within Redwood University / Yardi Aspire.
• Identify knowledge gaps to tailor training opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to update training materials.
