Job summary

Arcadia Beverage is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver the Arcadia Way competency-based development program on the manufacturing floor. You will collaborate with SMEs and department leads to build modules, job aids, and onboarding checklists in both English and Spanish, while maintaining training records and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a closely related field, required
• Master's degree in a related field, preferred
• Five+ years of progressive experience in instructional design or L&D
• Portfolio of training content built from scratch (eLearning, instructor-led, job aids)
• Experience leading projects and coordinating people through influence
• Experience delivering hands-on training and coaching supervisors across departments

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training using ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent models
• Develop task qualifications, onboarding checklists, and trainer materials
• Create English/Spanish floor-facing materials and job aids
• Provide hands-on instruction and assessments
• Lead development of training videos, eLearning modules, and digital aids
• Coordinate trainer certifications and records
• Manage training folders, forms, and materials
• Coach supervisors and ensure effective handoffs and follow-through
• Collaborate with HR, Document Control, Quality, and Safety
• Track program rollout and evaluate impact
