Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. is a dynamic real estate operator seeking a Training Specialist to develop and facilitate training for property management teams. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering sessions virtually and on-site, and supporting ongoing development across the Redwood footprint.

The role includes overseeing the New Hire Training Center, creating eLearning modules, and ensuring new hires are aligned with Redwood policies and YARDI systems. Travel to Redwood sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be located (or able to relocate) to the Cleveland/Copley, Ohio area.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Create training and development materials for property management and sales.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for site teams.
• Oversee New Hire Training Center and monthly trainings.
• Ensure new hires are versed in Redwood policies, sales, and YARDI.
• Design training assessments and role play scenarios to improve learning.
• Develop eLearning courses within Redwood University / Yardi Aspire.
• Identify gaps and propose training opportunities for operations.
• Coordinate multiple training tasks and projects concurrently.
