Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Training Program Specialist to own training performance across designated manufacturing stations. You will translate new and updated processes into effective, on-the-job learning experiences that ensure consistent execution and measurable technician proficiency.

Your focus is velocity, quality, and self-sufficiency across shifts. You will master new procedures, collaborate with technicians and trainer cohorts, and drive flawless adoption of processes while maintaining

Qualifications

• 1+ years in training, instructing, or teaching with focus on entry-level individual contributors
• At least 2 years in a production/inspection environment
• Proven ability to train people from entry to mid level
• Aptitude for rapid learning, reteaching, and influencing process adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead all training activities for your assigned area, delivering on‑the‑job instruction and acting as the technical expert
• Work with technicians to understand process nuances, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Master every process in your area and convert new methods into teachable steps
• Train technicians and trainer cohorts to ensure consistent execution across all shifts
• Adapt coaching to individual learning styles and support trainees through challenges
• Mentor technician-trainers to promote best practices in training delivery
• Own the full evaluation process, including quizzes, assessments, and progress reporting
• Create and refine evaluation criteria covering hard and soft skills
• Maintain up-to-date, version-controlled training content that is audit-ready
• Ensure returning technicians align with the latest training standards
• Conduct training audits to ensure 100% procedural compliance
• Collaborate with Learning System Engineers on continuous improvement roadmaps
• Travel 10–25% to support training delivery and global workforce initiatives
