Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Operations Training Manager to review procedures, develop SOPs, and train operations staff at a large distribution facility. You will coach supervisors, partner with leadership to drive performance, and standardize training across the organization.

This role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven training, and high-performing team development. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in training/coaching or operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software required.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for all new hires and ongoing training for ops staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one reviews to maximize performance.
• Develop new training methods for specific markets or operations.
• Partner with Operations to set and track metrics and goals.
• Collect and interpret data to assess training effectiveness.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
