Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Operations Training Manager to develop and standardize training across a 1 million square foot distribution facility. You will review procedures, create SOPs, and coach operations associates and supervisors while partnering with leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.

In this hands-on role, you will train, coach, and develop staff, implement consistent processes, and align training methods with operational metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in related area.
Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
Strong verbal/written communication skills with diplomacy and discretion.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team, and meet deadlines.
Analytical and reporting skills.
Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Complete training for all new hires and continual training for Operations associates and supervisors.
Provide coaching and feedback to associates as necessary.
Engage in one-on-one reviews with operations associates to maximize performance.
Strategize new training methods for specified market/area of operations to be implemented.
Partner with Operations department to set and progress toward operational metrics and goals.
Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques.
