In this hands-on role, you'll review current procedures and update/create SOP's for our 1 million square foot distribution facility. You'll then train, coach, and develop Operations associates and supervisors while partnering with leadership to drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement. You'll leverage your experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs), process improvement, and operational best practices to standardize training and workflows across the organization.
