Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in business process documentation, knowledge management, or related.
• Experience with process mapping, SOPs, and document lifecycle controls.
• Knowledge of repository/search governance beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed training plans for internal and external audiences
• Design and administer storage and sharing of training artifacts on platforms like SharePoint/Confluence/Teams
• Facilitate sessions to map current state enterprise processes, workflows, roles, and controls
• Escalate risks or gaps in training documentation to management
• Support process mapping and runbooks to transition artifacts to Business Operations, ePMO, and IT
• Document training materials to aid change management (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, etc.)
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Delivery, Marketing, and External Training for tutorials/webinars
• Schedule and deliver training to Business and IT to ensure ownership and handoffs
