Job summary

Veridic Solutions LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Knowledge Management and Training Specialist to drive process documentation, training plan design, and governance across Business Operations and IT. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create detailed training plans for internal and external audiences
• Design and administer storage and sharing of training artifacts on platforms like SharePoint/Confluence/Teams
• Facilitate sessions to map current state enterprise processes, workflows, roles, and controls
• Escalate risks or gaps in training documentation to management
• Support process mapping and runbooks to transition artifacts to Business Operations, ePMO, and IT
• Document training materials to aid change management (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, etc.)
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Delivery, Marketing, and External Training for tutorials/webinars
• Schedule and deliver training to Business and IT to ensure ownership and handoffs

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Communications, Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in business process documentation, knowledge management, business analysis, change operations, or content governance.
• Experience with process mapping, SOPs, document lifecycle controls, repositories, permissions, and search/discoverability.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Microsoft 365, and process-mapping tools preferred.
• Experience working across business and technology teams in a regulated or process-driven environment preferred.

Services to be

Performed:

Services will be performed in United States, Ponte Vedra, Florida office.

1. Create detailed training plans for internal and external audiences
2. Design and administer practical storage and sharing of training artifacts on approved platforms, such as SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, etc.
3. Facilitate working sessions to understand current state enterprise process, workflows, roles, handoffs, controls, dependencies and decision points for training plans.
4. Escalate to management any risks/gaps in training documentation where there may be lack of coverage, ownership, and/or governance.
5. Support process mapping, standard operating procedures (runbook) to successfully transition artifacts and knowledge to Business Operations, ePMO, and IT for adoption
6. Document training materials to ensure effective change management within the organization, including (i.e. Frequently Asked Questions, Troubleshooting Guides, How to Guides, Operational Readiness Guides, etc.)
7. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Client Delivery, Marketing, and External Training) on development of tutorials or webinars for external users, along with planning schedules and delivery of training to external users.
8. Coordinate, schedule, and/or deliver training to Business and/or IT to ensure ownership and handoffs are orchestrated for projects or releases.
