Job summary

Rolling Hills Nut is seeking an Operations Learning & Development Manager to design and strengthen training programs on the production floor. You will partner with operations leaders, supervise trainers, and manage the LMS to deliver practical, role-specific training across shifts.

You will lead onboarding, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards while developing bilingual training in English and Spanish. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production or manufacturing with supervisory, lead, or training experience.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, or training documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for training delivery.
• Proficiency with LMS systems and training management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand job functions and training needs.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to observe and train.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and job aids.
• Manage onboarding, qualification, and cross-training processes.
• Administer the LMS, track assignments, and report training outcomes.
• Develop KPIs to measure training effectiveness and program impact.
• Keeps training documentation current with company requirements.
• Train and coach supervisors and SMEs to build on-the-job capabilities.
• Create and deliver leadership development opportunities.
• Continuously improve training programs using feedback and performance data.
