Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, learning and development, or operations training.
• Experience creating e-learning content and virtual training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience documenting processes and creating training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for operational teams and system users.
• Create engaging e-learning modules, job aids, presentations, and training documentation.
• Facilitate live virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather knowledge and translate business processes into training materials.
• Develop training content for systems, applications, policies, and operational procedures.
• Support knowledge transfer initiatives and process documentation efforts.
• Manage multiple project-based training initiatives with competing deadlines.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Maintain training materials and ensure content remains accurate and current.
• Support system rollouts, process changes, and operational initiatives through training and communication plans.
