Responsibilities

• Lead interactive learning experiences and manage group dynamics.

• Assess learner comprehension and adjust delivery in real-time.
• Assist employees with LMS access and end-user support.
• Ensure LMS operations meet business needs and deadlines.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Design and develop criterion-based training assessments.
• Analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain training documentation and files.
• Deliver enrollments for e-learning courses.
• Analyze, design, and produce learning solutions using instructional design methods.
• Assist with training needs assessment for new and existing employees.
