Job summary

KBR in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Learning, Training & Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding from pre-employment through orientation and ongoing learning. You will coordinate activities, track compliance, and assist with benefits enrollment, Form I-9, and onboarding tech.

The role partners with leaders to ensure teams have tools and training to succeed. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about developmental programs; experience with Workday and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Facilitate orientation programs and training initiatives.
• Track continuing education and compliance requirements.
• Provide benefits education and enrollment support.
• Administer Form I-9 and support onboarding-related technology needs.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to ensure employees have the tools and training they need to succeed.
