Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for employees.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hires and current employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as needed.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees to facilitate growth.
• Manage training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and audiovisual equipment.
• Track and report on employee training progress and completion to management.
