Holland Bikes is expanding its New York operations and seeking an Operations Associate to support daily activities across two city locations. You will report to the Operations Manager and help coordinate tours, rentals, and staff, with a strong emphasis on weekend operations to keep services running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Flexible, hands-on approach with focus on customer experience.
• Able to coordinate tours, rentals, and staff during weekends.
• Willing to support marketing, operations, and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Tour planning and scheduling support based on availability and language needs.
• Oversee weekend operations, tours, rentals, staffing, and customer service.
• Assist customers before, during and after visits via email, phone, and in person.
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure staff have necessary information.
• Support marketing activities and media requests as needed.
• Help with facilities, supplies, purchasing, and maintenance.
• Assist with planning and executing private tours and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and guest experience.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the manager.
