Job summary

Holland Bikes in New York City is seeking a Front Desk and Store Representative to welcome customers, issue bikes and gear for tours, and assist with communications. This on-site role in Manhattan’s busy neighborhoods offers weekend hours and a fast-paced, multilingual team environment.

You will answer calls, respond to emails, and support tour guides while ensuring the shop stays tidy and well organized. A passion for hospitality and customer service is essential.
