Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Operations Technician I to operate and optimize automated production lines on-site in Hodges, SC. You will perform changeovers, monitor equipment, and support daily production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in manufacturing, and the ability to work all shifts with overtime. SAP and automation system familiarity is preferred, with a strong emphasis on problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and change over automated production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs with shop support.
• adhere to GMP, safety, and quality standards on the floor.
• Record production data in SAP and related systems accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities on the line.
• Ensure materials are available for current and next runs and manage changeovers.
