Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Hodges, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for operating, repairing, and changing over production equipment to keep safety, productivity, and quality at the forefront of our manufacturing lines.

You will lead maintenance tasks, coordinate with teams, manage parts and tools, and document activities in SAP, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable uptime across our Colgate-Palmolive production sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and 12-hour shifts.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical systems.
• Experience with SAP and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead major/minor maintenance of production equipment.
• Perform changeovers of automated equipment.
• Ensure tool availability and parts readiness.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and vendor representatives on timing of changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP/SFR and other systems.
• Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
