Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Able to pass STM mechanical
• Google Suite knowledge
• Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Capability to analyze process flow to identify issues
• Technical documentation skills (mechanical drawings, P&IDs)
• Teamwork and cross-functional cooperation; on-call for nights/weekends
• Climbs, bends, kneels; able to lift 50 pounds; on-call coverage

Responsabilités

• Leads maintenance of automated and non-automated equipment during manufacturing.
• Operates and performs changeovers of automated equipment in production.
• Ensures availability of tools, change parts and spare parts to keep production running.
• Coordinates with planning, warehouse, and vendor reps for changes.
• Documents maintenance activities and updates information systems (SAP, SFR, Cycle Counts).
• Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability.
• Supports capital projects and new equipment installation, validation and startup.
• Maintains environment and safety compliance and housekeeping.
