Job summary

DSV is recruiting a Team Lead for Operations (Shipping) to coordinate daily warehousing activities, including receiving, picking, and shipping of goods. You will mentor associates, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency across teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in logistics, and forklift certification. Working hours are full-time with opportunities to advance within DSV’s global network.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE (material handling equipment).
• Satisfactory completion of forklift training program.
• Must work in warehouse temperatures varying with seasons.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all operational activities daily under supervision.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking and staging of products.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and site management.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Participate in safety meetings and quality procedures.
