Oatey is seeking a production associate to maintain smooth operation in an assigned area, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will help with material handling, line changes, and data entry, while supporting continuous improvement efforts and proper documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to safety procedures, with responsibilities including training new staff and maintaining 6S standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• English fluency (written and verbal) required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operations in assigned area and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Perform material handling and assist with line changeovers and start-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry (DPRs, logs, production records).
• Support 6S housekeeping and lean continuous improvement activities.
• Train new or temporary associates on basic tasks and safety procedures.
