Qualifications

• English fluency (written and verbal) with ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a smooth flow of operations in assigned area; organize resources and start-up activities.
• Assist with changeovers, line flushes, and downtime clean-up; monitor production records.
• Perform material handling and replenish materials to meet schedule.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results; ensure SOP compliance.
• Participate in LEAN activities (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) and continuous improvement.
• Provide on-the-job training to new/temporary associates.
• Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding rules.
