Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with customer service focus.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows OS.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for store outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own objectives and drive key metrics.
• Lead shipment processing and keep back-of-house organized.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks to the team.
• Use shipment systems to plan inbound/outbound work.
• Lead inventory accuracy and manage transfers/damages.
• Track supply usage and place replenishment orders.
• Support facilities processes like lighting and maintenance.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust resources.
• Support onboarding and learning opportunities.
• Foster positive store culture and engage associates.
• Assist with in-store customer experience during peak periods.
