Job summary

Belk is hiring an Operations Team Associate in Williamsburg to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing new merchandise for the floor. You will unload deliveries, perform inventory and RFID tasks, support facilities maintenance, and assist with floor sets, price changes, and order packing.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from deliveries and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Assist with inventory tasks, tag application, transfers, and RFID where applicable.
• Support facilities and store maintenance activities.
• Help with floor sets, merchandising, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize back-of-house spaces to promote efficiency.
• Provide great customer assistance to enhance in-store experience.
