Job summary

You will coach and develop teammates, manage schedules, conduct hiring and onboarding, and enforce safety and policy standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail/customer-facing experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with SM/ASM; manage plans within budgets and goals.
• Communicate goals and assign workload; optimize schedules to meet traffic and payroll goals.
• Build and lead a strong team; hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; ensure compliance and accountability.
