Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans to support priorities and staffing needs within budgets.
• Communicate departmental goals, assign workload, and optimize schedules to meet athlete demand and payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, coaching, onboarding, and performance management while enforcing policies.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures across the store.
