Job summary

Rooter Hero is seeking an Operations Manager in San Diego, CA. This is a leadership role built for operators who lead from the trenches and drive performance through hands-on coaching.

You will own the P&L, drive revenue growth, monitor KPIs daily, recruit and develop top talent, and ensure an elite customer experience across locations.

We look for sales-driven leaders with a track record of scaling service operations in a fast-growth environment.

Location: San Diego, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $125,000–$175,000 Annually

This Is Not a Desk Job. This Is a Leadership Position Built for Operators.

Do NOT apply unless you are a proven sales leader, culture builder, and operational powerhouse who knows how to build profitable teams and drive serious revenue.

Our company operates 10 locations approaching 200 million annually in HVAC and plumbing revenue. We have built one of the largest service platforms in the region through elite execution, aggressive growth, powerful marketing, and a performance-driven culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in the trenches with your team — coaching, developing, holding accountability, solving problems, driving performance, and leading from the front.
