Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Experience with ATS (iCims) preferred.
• Proven Hiring Manager with team-building skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail in a bustling environment.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Experience in the service industry desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience sourcing and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
• Knowledge of modern recruiting platforms and social media use.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales and service professionals.
• Recruit and hire branch personnel.
• Meet monthly manpower goals.
• Grow revenue by expanding residential and commercial customer base.
• Follow up with customers from field leads.
• Address and resolve customer issues.
• Sell maintenance and priority care programs to new and existing customers.
• Observe sites for safety and compliance with OSHA.
