Carvana in Atlanta HQ is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our Operations teams, guiding a recruiting group to meet high-volume hiring targets. You’ll build partnerships with business leaders and translate talent needs into actionable hiring plans.

This on-site role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, reporting, and process improvement, with a focus on hourly and leadership roles in local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of recruiting, HR, organizational development, or operations leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience creating and implementing recruiting strategies and process improvements.
• Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Facilitation and project management skills.
• Bias toward action and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Inspection Center and hourly/leadership roles in local markets.
• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting strategies and initiatives.
• Lead recruiters to meet staffing goals through development, coaching, performance management, and engagement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness and hire quality.
• Maintain reports to track staffing, hire rate, pipeline, and metrics; address gaps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using diverse methods and tools.
• Uphold a candidate-centric approach aligned with Carvana values.
• Partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and leadership to translate needs into hires.
