Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to embed with leaders across the business and drive talent initiatives from the HQ in Tempe. You'll partner with executives on performance, development, org design, and employee engagement while building programs that scale with a fast-growing company.

As a data-driven strategist and coach, you’ll design roadmaps, forecast talent needs, and implement programs that accelerate capability and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in Operations Leadership, Talent Development, or HR.
• 2+ years partnering with senior leaders on talent initiatives.
• Experience with HR tech; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build talent programs and roadmaps with department leaders.
• Co-create talent strategies for attraction, engagement, development, coaching.
• Act as trusted advisor to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
• Bridge between business leaders and People Ops teams.
• Coach managers 1:1 and track talent metrics.
• Lead change management and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel 25-35% to support field teams.
