Denago Powersports is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide real-time phone support to our nationwide dealer network. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues, assist with warranty questions, and help dealers identify repair solutions while documenting cases in the CRM.

The role emphasizes staying current on product updates and service bulletins, with opportunities to grow within a fast-moving powersports company and continue working in a highly technical role

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, EV, automotive, marine, or small-engine background.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose systems logically.
• Strong communication skills, working directly with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time phone support to authorized dealers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues.
• Assist with warranty questions, repair procedures, and parts identification.
• Document all support cases in the CRM system.
• Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and new models.
