Job summary

TOSSWARE is seeking an Operations Systems & Business Analyst in Los Angeles to manage ERP item creation, system setup, product master data, and cross-system integration. You will support new product launches and provide analytical input to improve processes.

The role involves maintaining data accuracy across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and other platforms, conducting market research, freight cost analysis, KPI reporting, and building operational dashboards to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in ERP systems, operations, supply chain, or business analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain item records in NetSuite and related business systems.
• Configure new SKUs, BOMs, packaging, units of measure, and item attributes.
• Maintain accurate product master data across all systems.
• Support product transitions, pack-out changes, and item inactivation.
• Ensure item setup follows company standards and approval processes.
• Creating Report
• Maintain item links between NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, SPS, Celigo, Flare, ShipStation, and other integrated systems.
• Verify inventory synchronization and resolve system integration issues.
• Support new channel launches and product listings.
• Coordinate with IT to improve system automation and data accuracy.
• Perform data audits and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct market research on competitive products, pricing, packaging, and industry trends.
• Support sourcing and new product development by collecting supplier and market information.
• Research customer and competitor pricing strategies.
• Assist with cost analysis for new product introductions.
• Analyze parcel, LTL, and container shipping costs.
• Evaluate package dimensions to optimize shipping costs.
• Support pack-out optimization and freight reduction initiatives.
• Prepare shipping cost comparisons and recommendations.
• Work with Operations and Sales to improve freight profitability.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports.
• Track inventory accuracy, order processing, freight costs, production performance, and system accuracy.
• Analyze trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support weekly and monthly business reviews with data and reporting.
• Automate recurring reports where possible.
• Support new product launches.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and IT to ensure successful implementation of new products and system updates.
• Document operational processes and maintain system procedures.
• Support special projects assigned by Operations Management.
