Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support an SAP ERP implementation across Order-to-Fulfill and logistics workflows. You will document current and future processes, gather requirements from BPOs/SMEs, and coordinate UAT with Jira/XRay.

Collaboration with SAP teams and stakeholders is key to delivering validated designs and data accuracy. The role requires strong process documentation skills, risk awareness, and a focus on go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Document and maintain current-state and to-be business processes across: Fulfillment Operations, Global Logistics, Returns and Reverse Logistics.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from Business Process Owners (BPOs), SMEs, and key stakeholders.
• Support requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Partner with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in solution designs.
• Review proposed solutions and identify gaps, risks, or process impacts.
• Develop and maintain process flows, business scenarios, and testing artifacts.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including: Test planning, Defect tracking and resolution using XRay in Jira.
• Ensure all approved solution designs are thoroughly tested and validated prior to deployment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Order-to-Fulfill processes, logistics operations, trade compliance requirements, and reverse logistics workflows.
• Perform data validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated and converted data.
• Support master data validation and reconciliation efforts related to fulfillment, logistics, transportation, trade compliance, and returns processes.
• Track and manage action items, issues, risks, and dependencies within the Delivery workstream.
• Support business readiness activities, including process documentation, training support, and go-live preparation.
• Assist BPOs and SMEs as they adopt new processes and system capabilities introduced through the SAP implementation.
• Support deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst for our direct client with Expertise in Order-to-Fulfill (OTF) Process and Business Process Documentation — As-is/to-be process mapping across fulfillment, logistics, trade compliance, and returns. This individual will support the Delivery Workstream Lead throughout the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: 100% onsite at the Santa Clara, CA office.

Initial Assignment Length: 12 months with possibility of extension depending on business needs and candidate performance

Pay Range: $90-98/hr on W2

Duties

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting supply chain execution processes or in IT.
