Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilize and improve Operations information systems including SWMS, SOS, SLS, STS, and SAP.
• Manage and maintain Operations systems hardware/software and RF equipment.
• Act as Region Operations Liaison for system upgrades and collaborate on enhancements.
• Train users in Operations hardware/software and develop management reports.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve department productivity.
