Qualifications

• Eight years of combined education and/or experience (Option 1) in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or related field, including two or more areas.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Option 2: Bachelor's degree and five years in two or more areas, plus one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a new system across four divisions, training staff and guiding adoption.
• Develop, test, and implement software enhancements to ensure data integrity and financial health.
• Coordinate development and tracking of key performance measures and project summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to streamline system implementation.
• Supervise staff and provide direction and coaching as needed.
• Maintain data integrity for the Mainsaver application and troubleshoot issues before IT escalation.
