Job summary

The position supports telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. and requires strong leadership in incident response, governance, and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, configuration, or enterprise operations.
• 3 years of experience with SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of cross system dependencies.
• 1 year of experience leveraging AI or automation tools within the software delivery lifecycle to improve quality, efficiency, or insight.
• United States citizenship is required for this position.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident command, triage, and cross-team coordination.
• Implement and improve system monitoring, logging, and alert mechanisms.
• Identify systemic issues and propose durable technical or operational solutions.
• Design, build, and validate complex configuration changes end-to-end.
• Establish configuration standards, patterns, and review practices.
• Lead refinement discussions for system work and configuration tasks.
• Mentor Systems Analyst team members to build technical depth.
