Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs.
• Modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations.
• Provides consultation on complex projects as a senior-level specialist.
• Leads requirement development sessions to gather business requirements.
• Analyzes existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develops business process models and documentation to support system design.
• Translates business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Evaluates system capabilities and performance data for enhancements.
• Supports testing activities including user acceptance testing.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure alignment between needs and solutions.
• Assists in the development of standardized tools and documentation.
• Supports change management activities including training documentation.
• Conducts impact assessments on system changes.
• Supports data validation and quality reviews.
• Prepares reports and recommendations for leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
