Job summary

Plug is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the Operations team in Sawtelle, LA, onsite. You will turn data into decisions, build dashboards, and prepare analyses for leadership. This is a full-time, exempt role reporting to the Director of Business Operations.

You will own analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional partnerships, helping drive KPI tracking and scalable automation across the BizOps function.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business operations or data analytics.
• Hands-on with BI dashboards (Metabase/Tableau/Power BI).
• Curiosity and hands-on with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
• Strong slide-building and communication skills.
• Understanding of how metrics drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI dashboards covering auction performance, dealer operations, vehicle flow, and pricing.
• Define and track success metrics for BizOps initiatives.
• Create exec-ready slides and reports for leadership reviews.
• Use AI tools to automate recurring analysis and reporting.
• Build lightweight agents or automated pipelines for repeatable requests.
• Explain metric movements with deep-dive analyses and present to stakeholders.
