The role partners with cross-functional teams, reports to the Director of Business Operations, and requires 2-3 years in ops or analytics; onsite Sawtelle location with a competitive compensation package and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, strategy & ops, or a similarly analytical role.
• Hands-on comfort building dashboards in a BI tool (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
• Strong slide-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI dashboards covering auction performance, dealer operations, vehicle flow, and pricing.
• Define and track success metrics for BizOps-led initiatives and create exec-ready slides.
• Use AI tools to speed up recurring analysis and reporting work.
• Run deep-dive analyses to explain metric movements and translate data into clear viewpoints for non-technical stakeholders.
