Responsibilities

• Reviews container supply and demand reports and populates the inventory management report.
• Updates and inputs route information into computer system daily.
• Assists Dispatchers with customer and driver inquiries and complaints.
• Maintains and processes operations information (vehicle maintenance, accounting, route sheets).
• Distributes, collects and reviews route sheets for billing and productivity reports.
• Assists in generating monthly productivity reports.
• Follows safety policies and participates with the team to meet safety goals.
