Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Title Specialist to maintain a high-performing auto secured loan portfolio across our branch network and centralized accounts. The role centers on administrative tasks, customer service, and ensuring accurate lien placement.

You will handle mail processing, respond to branch questions about lien procedures, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues while upholding OneMain policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• Ability to review loan and title documents timely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior auto titling or lending experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, process mail related to lienholder role on auto loans.
• Answer inquiries from branch network about lien placement and third-party vendor system.
• Identify complex issues and escalate for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with branch network to improve lien perfection on auto loans.
• Serve as liaison among internal/external customers and vendors; communicate with Sales, Underwriting and Branch personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of OneMain policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
