Total Safety is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and technical support for day-to-day operations. This role processes invoices and in-house orders, coordinates deliveries and returns, and analyzes root causes of operational malfunctions to keep the business running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of warehouse experience; Eclipse knowledge is helpful, and Excel and Word are a plus. A High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and in‑house orders; coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Manage calendars, organize electronic files, and coordinate maintenance/repairs across TS locations.
• Collect data from processes and analyze it to ensure information is accessible to all departments.
