You will partner with Service Managers and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling, follow-up, reporting, office workflows, inventory, facilities, tools and equipment, purchasing, and fleet administration.

The role promotes consistent processes, timely communication, accurate information, and efficient service delivery across the Columbus

Qualifications

• High School diploma or greater required.
• Experience with office software and fleet/asset management tools preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with service teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Coordinators to ensure timely scheduling and follow-ups.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Oversee inventory, facilities, tool and equipment management, and purchasing.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and training of office personnel.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and operational planning.
