Job summary

Kelly Telecom is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to execute regression and feature tests in a live production pre-GA environment. You will work with project teams to secure GA acceptance of new software and hardware, and perform in-depth log analysis, including PCAP review, to support customer networks.

The role requires knowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP technologies, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to develop RCA for outages or performance issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to execute test cases in a live environment and meet launch dates.
• Experience analyzing logs, PCAPs, and network configurations.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G 3GPP technologies and network performance.
• Excellent team collaboration and customer-facing support skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute regression and new feature test cases in a production pre-GA environment.
• Collaborate with project teams to gain GA acceptance of software/hardware.
• Provide in-depth log analysis and network configuration checks for customers.
• Develop RCA on outages or performance issues and drive resolution with teams.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for network outages and performance problems.
