NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking an experienced RAN Virtualization OA&M Engineer to support next-generation 4G/5G wireless network management solutions and virtualization initiatives. Responsibilities include leading subsystem integration, providing Tier 3 support, and driving new network management features.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with OAMP/FCAPS and strong troubleshooting abilities with commercial NMS/EMS platforms. The position offers health benefits and long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting EMS/NMS and RAN network elements.
• Experience with RAN virtualization and vCU/vDU.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with commercial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead subsystem integration and troubleshooting for wireless networks.
• Provide Tier 3 support for EMS/NMS application issues.
• Support new 4G/5G RAN Network Management features.
